Ganache

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 pound semi sweet chocolate chopped
Bring cream to boil. Pour over chocolate allow to stand for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Optionally add 1/4 c light corn syrup and/ or 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter.
