I remember way back… Well, It wasn’t that far way back }=-P haha, but-umm, anyway back in the third grade, the teacher Mrs Macnight maid the class some Indian Bread when we were about to take Thanks Giving break and man, oh man I’ve remembered that all this time. It was the best, the way it smelled as it was frying all of us the whole class was sitting around in the middle of the classroom watching her flip it and I remember us all talking and laughing about how good it smelled. And you know, the recipe was as I know now to be a pretty easy thing to do, however it’s still just an awesome memory and this just goes to show how food is just one of those things that can at times to be something as simple as it can be and yet as small as we may think it may be it can also be a powerful trigger of happy times from the past…Thank you for putting this on here.. =-) it brought back very happy memories for me of happy times for me. And will now to some who may not know what it is will be introduce to this simple yet delicious bread that is also a recipe which is over162 years old… Thank you, thank you, thank you..
    Good Stuff, Good Stuff….. }=-
